I am going to climb Mount Kilimanjaro in October 2013.

It is an 8 day trek culminating on day 7 at the summit.

Uhuru peak is 19,341 feet above sea level.

Kilimanjaro is the tallest mountain in Africa.

This is my first real mountain climb,

And hopefully not the last one!

My current main project is www.WrtSpC.com.

It is a new system to write, that will allow multiple writers to easily collaborate on writing projects.  The initial focus will be on creative writing, but there is no reason why it cannot be used to develop other types of documents, such as text books, recipes, news articles, new legislation, corporate documents and eventually computer programs.

At this time I am using the language PHP and database MySQL to develop the first version.  I have developed a programming style that combines HTML, CSS, Javascript and Jquery in one single PHP script.   Eventually I hope to create a simple DOM centric PHP programming tool.
